A&T Aggies take on Winston-Salem Rams in Greensboro Coliseum

On Monday, February 22 at the place to be was Greensboro Coliseum where the Aggies of North Carolina A&T State University took on the Rams of Winston Salem State.

The lady Aggies, who played earlier at 6pm, had won their game against the Rams; now it was up to the guys.

The fans have taken their seats, the teams have entered the court, and the popcorn and hot dogs are ready to be served. Let the game begin.

Triad Experiences Third Big Snow of the Season, A&T Campus Rejoices

Greensboro, NC has experienced its third major snow fall of the season.

Snow is a college students best friend, simply because it means that classes will more than likely be canceled.

For a day or two, the snow kept the Triad area closed up and its residents indoors, but soon the roads become clear enough to attempt a drive.

NABJ Presents: African Americans & The Changing Landscape

On Wednesday, February 24, The North Carolina A&T Chapter of NABJ hosted a forum for students majoring in Journalism and Mass Communication.

The purpose of this forum was to discuss the role of African Americans in the world of journalism and to give students a chance to talk and build connections with some of those who have made a name for themselves in the business.

Memebers of the panel included Linda Williams, Senior weekend editor for the News & Observor (Raliegh), Fox 8 reporter Sheeka Strickland, Allen Johnson, editor of the News & Record (Greensboro), Editor and chief of A&T Register Dexter Mullins, and special guest via web, Ed Gordon of BET.
